Spire will be sponsoring the American Bar Association (ABA) 2019 Forum on Construction Law Fall Meeting from October 23rd to 26th, at the Philadelphia Marriott Hotel, in downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The conference titled “Building a Better Construction Industry through Inclusion, Diversity, & Professionalism,” will feature sessions delivered by leaders from the ABA, ACEC, AGC, and AIA. The speakers will forecast cultural and demographic transformations and delve into the challenges caused by the lack of diversity in the industry while comparing the progress made by legal, construction, and design professionals. This year’s Fall Meeting will be the first-ever conference focused on understanding the business implications of inclusion, diversity, and professionalism across the construction industry.
Spire will be represented by Managing Principal, Anthony Gonzales, Managing Consultant, Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP, and Marketing Director, Tamara Savinas. Each Spire team member is excited to lend their industry expertise as it relates to the top construction issues that will be covered during the program. Please stop by the Spire booth in the Level 5 Ballroom Foyer to speak with Spire’s experts.
In addition to connecting with Spire representatives, attendees will also have the chance to learn from other thought-leaders in construction law, including panelists Judge Gene E.K. Pratter from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Jennifer Leonard from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as nationally-recognized speakers and authors such as Kathleen Nalty and Lauren Stiller Rikleen. This will be one meeting you will not want to miss!
