PLEASE WELCOME JESSICA BAZAN SENIOR PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

Mrs. Bazán will drive the strategy and development of key client proposals within Spire, and will be engaged in all pursuits, domestically and internationally, for project management, construction management and construction consulting services.

We are proud to introduce the newest member of our team, Jessica Bazán. As Senior Proposal Coordinator, Mrs. Bazán will drive the strategy and development of key client proposals within Spire, and will be engaged in all pursuits, domestically and internationally, for project management, construction management and construction consulting services. She will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on strategies and win themes, lead kick-off meetings and subsequent status meetings, work with leadership and technical teams to craft appropriate and compliant RFQ/RFP responses, manage the development and production of submittals, and collaborate with the team on the development of the shortlist and interview strategy and preparation. Mrs. Bazán will also support the company’s strategic marketing plan by assisting in the development of deliverables that communicate the firm’s brand and unique qualifications to ensure maximum exposure to new and existing business prospects.

Prior to joining Spire, Mrs. Bazán spent over a decade with a project management firm where she worked with leadership and technical teams to craft appropriate and compliant RFQ/RFP responses. In addition to managing the proposal process, Mrs. Bazán also provided ongoing marketing support by preparing brochures, presentations, awards entries, and other marketing collateral.

Mrs. Bazán holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She currently serves on the Communications Committee for the Society of Marketing Professionals (SMPS) Austin Chapter, where she contributes to the creation of monthly newsletters, manages the website, and photographs events. She is also the Sponsorship Chair for the SMPS Southern Regional Conference Planning Committee where she is responsible for securing sponsorships from Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms.
