Spire employees exemplify mission by volunteering at Capital Area Food Bank of Texas
A team of employees recently exemplified Spire’s mission to provide value driven results to the community by volunteering at the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas in Austin, Texas. Spire’s team, along with several other volunteers, were tasked with sorting through boxes of food, drinks and other items donated by HEB in order to separate the damaged items from the good. The volunteers were able to sort through 9,600 pounds of food which equates to approximately 7,680 meals.
Spire strives to participate in one community service activity per quarter in order to give back and improve its community, as well as strengthen its ties and build relationships. For more information about Spire’s mission, please click here.
