The joint venture, Spire-Paradyne has been selected by San Francisco Public Works to provide learning and training services on an as-needed basis. Spire-Paradyne will design and deliver innovative and effective training and development to include performance management, survey design and administration, team development, developmental coaching, process improvement, and research-based benchmarking to City and County staff.
Spire has over a decade of experience providing training services which include a customized construction management and project training approach on a variety of engineering and construction-related topics, providing practical project management skills that enable clients to improve project performance.
Spire’s joint venture partner Paradyne, has more than 15 years of experience in the development of corporate universities, enterprise-wide succession planning and development programs, customized field operations training programs, multi-year executive development academies, enterprise strategic planning efforts, and major process improvement initiatives. They have worked for clients as diverse as the US Navy, multiple Caltrans districts, LA Metro, California Department of Water Resources, the State of California, Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company, San Diego County Water Authority, and many other state and municipal agencies.
