DURING 97th ANNUAL SAME HOLIDAY BALL AND AWARDS GALA
Mr. Nosbisch’s involvement with the SAME LA and OC Posts over the years has given him the opportunity to build long-term relationships with key individuals within USACE and other federal agencies.
The Los Angeles (LA) and Orange County (OC) Posts of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) hosted their annual Holiday Ball and Awards Gala on Saturday, December 9th at the historic Fort MacArthur in San Pedro, CA. Spire Consulting Group, an event sponsor, was represented by Mr. Michael Nosbisch, CCP, PSP, FAACE. The event brought together members of both Posts, along with leaders from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Los Angeles District for an evening of networking, dancing, and discussions of upcoming contracting opportunities within the district.
During the Gala, Mr. Nosbisch was honored with the SAME Regional Vice President’s Medal, which recognizes members of a given Post each year who demonstrate consistent and outstanding service to SAME. Over the past three years, Mr. Nosbisch has served as the Chair of the Orange County Post’s Federal Business Opportunities Symposium (FBOS), which strives to communicate the availability of the Department of Defense (DoD), state government, and municipal contracts to attendees.
Mr. Nosbisch’s involvement with the SAME LA and OC Posts over the years has given him the opportunity to build long-term relationships with key individuals within USACE and other federal agencies. These relationships have helped him understand the true needs of the region, and in turn, support critical projects that improve our Nation’s infrastructure and overall security.
