Spire’s experts lead a two-day seminar on “International Construction Cost Management” to an audience of construction professionals in the Middle East

In March 2009, Spire Consulting Group hosted the International Construction Cost Management Seminar in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The seminar covered topics pertaining to international construction cost development and management, contract pricing, Pre-construction cost evaluation, identifying and quantifying risk, cost associated with green building, claims and technology. With representatives from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Saudia Arabia the two day seminar assisted attendees in understanding construction costs throughout all phases of a project’s lifestyle.
